Karistiktan sonra tek tek yumurtalari ilave edin ve her bir yumurtayi 1/2dk. cirpin. Unu kabartmatozu ile karistirip azar azar ilave edin.&lt;br /&gt;Hamuru dikdörtgen yaglanmis bir kek kalibina dökün (11x25cm) ve 180°C ayarli firinda 45 dakika kadar pisirin. Eger firininiz turbo firin ise önceden isitmaniza gerek yok. Normal firinlarda önceden isitin.&lt;br /&gt;Kekiniz pistikten sonra kalibindan cikartip sogumaya birakin.&lt;br /&gt;Bu arada portakalsuyu ile portakalkabugu ve limonkabugurendesini seker ile karistirin. Ilk önce kekin bir tarafini kürdan ile bol bol delin. Surubun yarisini bir firca yardimi ile keki islatin. Sonra keki cevirin ve diger tarafini da kürdan ile bolca delin. Kalan surubu ile bu tarafini da islatin.&lt;br /&gt;Keki servis etmeden önce pudrasekeri serpin. Afiyet olsun...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bu kek icin diyebilcegim tek sey: cok sevdim, cok sevdim, cok sevdim:))&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bu keki dörgen bir borcamda da yapabilirsiniz. Pisirme süresi biraz azaliyor tabi. Pistikten sonra üstünü delip bunu da islatin ayni sekilde ve miktarda. Ama sadece üstten islatin cevirmeden. Keki servis ederken dörtgen seklinde kesin üstüne torba ile bol krem santi sikin ve portakal kabugu rendesi serpistirin. Ertesi gün bugdayi, suyuyla birlikte genis bir tencereye alin. Üzerine suyu ekleyip yumusayana kadar orta ateste ara sira karistirarak pisirin. Nohut ve kuru fasulyeyi ayri ayri haslayin. Kuru inciri ve kayisiyi küp dograyip ilik suda yumusatin. Bugdaylar catlamaya baslayinca, icinde bir kepce alip robottan macun haline gelene kadar cekin ve tencereye ekleyin. Tuzu ilave edin. Nohut, kuru fasulye ve tozsekeri asureye ekleyin. Ara ara karistirarak 15 dakika pisirin. Kuru incir, kuru kayisi, kuru üzüm ve kus üzümü ekleyin. 10 dakika daha pisirin. (Burda gül suyunu isterseniz 2 corba kasigi nisasta ile karistirip ilave ediyorsunuz. Ben ikisini de koymadim.) Ocaktan alip 25-30 dakika dinlendirdikten sonra kaselere paylastirin. Ben düdüklü tencerede 16 dakika kadar pisirdim.&lt;br /&gt;Dil pistikten sonra sudan alin ve biraz sogumaya birakin. Sonra üstünde olan beyaz kircikli zarini soyun ve zari atin. Kalan etleri kücük küp seklinde dograyin ve pisen suya ekleyin. Yogurtu, unu ve yumurtanin sarisini cirpip corbaya katin ve 5 dakika kadar kaynatin.&lt;br /&gt;Sarimsakli sirke ile servis edin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Simdiiiii...Nisanliyken dügün alisverisi icin Almanyadan geldigimde bu corbayi kayinvalidem yapmisti bize. Iyiki dil falan demedi yoksa agzima sürmezdim. Hayvanlarin sakatatlarini yemem. Iskembe haric:)Dil mil demeyin yapin yiyin. Dil yemem diyeni cok gördüm benden sonra ve yiyen de hep yemeye devam ediyor:)))Eh alirken biraz garip de görünse olsun canim napalim temizlendikten sonra löp et kaliyor harika oluyor. Eger salca yerine domates eklemek istiyorsaniz domatesi rendeleyip icine katin. Defne yapragini ve tuzu da ekleyip kaynamaya birakin.&lt;br /&gt;Bütün malzemeler pistikten sonra defne yapragini corbadan cikartin ve blenderle iyice karistirin. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Uzun zamandir tarif ekleyemedim. Nikah ve bebek sekeri ticaretine baslicam insallah vakit kalmadi sitecigime bakmaya:( &lt;br /&gt;Ben kirmizi mercimek corbasini sogansiz yaparim. Babannem bu sekilde yapiyor bende onunkini en cok sevdigim icin- nekadar yapamasa da artik- bu sekilde devam ediyorum. Annem soganli yapar gerci onu da cok seviyorum...hertürlüsü güzel:) Hatta bazen 1 cay bardagi süt bile ekliyorum daha degisik bir tat veriyor. Ama en degisigi defne yapraklisi. Bu yüzden özellikle bunu denemenizi tavsiye ederim. Artik devamli yapiyorum. Bence pistikten sonra üzerine biraz da saf zeytinyagi ilave ederseniz daha lezziz oluyor. Karisima karabiberle muskat ekin ve patatesle ispanagin üstüne dökün. Alüminyum folyo ile kapatip firina verin.&lt;br /&gt;Pisme süresi yaklasik 50dk. 180°C ayarli firinda. Pismesine yakin rendelenmis kasari serpin üstüne ve alüminyumsuz üstü kizarana kadar pisirmeye devam edin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bu yemegi devamli yapiyorum. Cok basit ve cok lezzetli. Gratin türü seyleri cok seviyorum. Tariflerim genel olarak az yagli. Sarimsagi da sik kullanirim bence yemeklere lezzet katiyor. Zeytinyagli ispanak icin cok güzel bir alternatif. Alt tabanina puddingi döküp yayin. Bunun üstüne de cilekleri bütün olarak sap kismi altta kalcak sekilde dizin. Kremanin 3/4ünü cileklerin üstüne yayin. Kekin üst tabanini bunun üstüne yerlestirin ve bastirin.&lt;br /&gt;Geri kalan kremayi pastanin kenarina ve üstüne sürün. Kavrurulduktan sonra icine az suda sulandirilmis salca ile ince kiyilmis sarimsak ilave edilip biraz daha kavurulmaya devam edilcek. Tuz ve karabiber eklencek.&lt;br /&gt;Ayri bir tencerenin icinde süt, krema, krem peynir ve un karisip pismeye birakilcak. Muskat ve felegen ilave edilip bir kenara koyulcak. Sonra bir bardak sicak suyun icinde bir sebze bulyon eritilcek.&lt;br /&gt;Genis bir borcamda önce kiymali karisimdan, sonra kremali karisimdan sonra lazanya yapragi koyulcak. Yine sirayla kiymali karisimdan, kremali karisimdan ve lazanya yapragi olmak üzere 4 kat lazanya yapragi olcak. En üstünde kiyma olcak. En son bütün lazanyalari bu sekilde hazirladiktan sonra kalan kremali karisimdan en üstlerine dagitilip kasar serpistirilcek. Lazanyalarin kenarlarindan bir bosluk bulup bir bardak sebzeli bulyon dökülup üstü aluminyum folyo ile kapatilip 200°C ayarli firinda pisirilcek. Lazanyalar büyüyüp pistikten sonra alüminyum folio üstünden alincak ve kasarpeyniri kizarana kadar firinda pisirilcek. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lazanya en sevdigim yemeklerden biri oldugu icin yaparken cok özen gösteriyorum. Bu arada bir kapta peynirle sekeri iyice karistirdiktan sonra icine 4 yumurtanin sarisi eklenip karistirmaya devam edilcek. Tekrar ayri bir yerde yumurtanin beyazlari sert olana kadar cirpilcak. Önceden hazirladigimiz karisima eklenip kasikla yavas yavas yumurtanin aki bozulmucak sekilde karistirilcak. Kedidili bisküvilerini teker teker kahveye kisa bir süre iki tarafini da batirip bir bor cama yerlestirilcek. Üstüne karisimin yarisi dökülüp tekrar kedidili bisküvileri islatilip yayilcak ve kalan karisim üstüne dökülüp yaydiktan sonra üstüne kakao serpilip en iyisi bir gece buzdolabinda bekledikten sonra servise hazir.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tiramisuyu herkes biliyor artik ama yinede bu tarifi eklemek istedim cünkü cok seviyorum. Maalesef bu sekilde cok dayanikli olmuyor cig yumurta sayesinde. Ama YUMURTASIZ TIRAMISU yapmak istediginiz zaman yumurtanin yerine 150ml süt ekleyebilirsiniz (yani 1 su bardagin 3/4ü oluyor). Tekrar bir tasim kaynamaya birakildiktan sonra corbamiz servise hazirdir. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yogurt ile kremaniz yoksa corbaya 1 su bardagi süt de ekleyebilirsiniz veya sadece 1 su bardagi krema. Her parcasini sosa daldirip dizmis oldugumuz yufkanin üstüne yayiliyor. Ic harc olarak beyazpeynir kullandim ama ic harc olarak ne kullanmak isterseniz onu kullanabilirsiniz. 1/2 su bardagi beyazpeyniri üstüne serptikten sonra son yufka parca parca bölünüyor yine sosa daldirip yayiliyor. Kalan beyazpeynir üstüne serpiliyor ve en alttaki yufkanin disarda kalan bölümüyle üstü kapatiliyor. Kalan sosu üstüne döktükten sonra firinda 175°C de üstü kizarana kadar pisiriliyor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bu tarifi arkadasim Secilden aldim. Ayni su böregi gibi oldu ve inanilmaz lezziz cok ta kolay. Yaglanmis tepsiye bir yufka dizin üstüne bu karisimdan sürün sonra gelincik otundan biraz koyun. Tekrar yufka koyun, yagli karisimdan sürün ve gelincik otundan koyun. Yufkalar bitene kadar bu sekilde devam edin. Son yufkanin üstüne kalan karisimi dökün ve 160°C ayarli firinda üstü kizarana kadar pisirin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gelincik otu alirken kücük yapraklilar tercih edilmeli cünkü kart büyük yapraklar iclerinde tomurcuklar iceriyor bunlar da aci oluyor. Eger kücük yaprak yoksa tomurcuklar cikartilmali öyle pisirilmeli. Ben gelincik böregini ilk kez komsumda yemistim ve cok begenmistim hemen tarifi ögrendim yaptim ve ekledim. Gelincikle ispanagi veya ebegümeci otu ile de karistiriyorlarmis cok güzel oluyormus.
